At it's heart an exclusive storage offer but with someone to take more of an interest, rather than just being a cupboard to keep your boxes. Based just a short distance south of Bristol we are here to take care of your equipment and make the delivery, collection and preparation as simple and straightforward as possible.

Curated Storage

Store your equipment with someone who cares. 

We offer you a partnership in maintaining the well-being of your equipment. We will ensure your instruments are ready for you and in their best health, especially by making the most of the times between tours. We can be the fixed point when you transition between crews so that you have a store that knows what you use and what goes out. We will make sure labels and manifests are up to date so that you aren't left on site looking in a box wondering what the contents are for.

We will keep regular and up to date inventory and help with the disposal and sale of redundant equipment, minimising your storage and insurance costs and preventing the build-up of outdated and unwanted stock. At the same time making sure anything that is no longer of use to you provides the maximum value it can.

Pre Show Preparation

We want to become a partner in your performance, not just somewhere your cases go to rest. It can often be many weeks between shows. Sometimes you may only need your backline for a brief engagement and the time to prepare is short.

For a one off show have your guitars restrung, your equipment and cables tested, your backdrop nicely folded before anything even heads to site. When you have a disparate crew spread across one or more countries it can be a significant cost bringing everyone together to make sure everything is ready for that brief moment on stage.

Servicing & Repairs

There is little time on tour to take care of the problems and faults that crop up. And once the show is over everything goes back to storage until the next time. Often you finish a tour away from home and it is difficult and expensive to separate out faulty items for repair. And sometimes it is merely a little niggle that doesn't warrant that level of attention.


Both in house and through our network of partners we are able to handle almost anything - electronic repairs, flight-case repairs, cable repairs and modifications, instrument repairs and servicing. If a loom requires updating or you'd like to have a custom insert fitted to one of your cases. We know the gear and we can take care of that for you.

Inventory, Manifests & Carnet

It's important to know what you have and where it is. And keeping an accurate inventory helps keep your storage costs down as well as simplifying the production of paperwork for travelling abroad or insurance. As a key part of the service we maintain an inventory of your equipment as well as log it's movements so you know where it is. And when the gear comes back we'll check exactly what is there.
We are able to generate Carnets as well as developing an in house system to help our clients keep track of their equipment as it is loaded in and out of it's various modes of transport throughout your tour.

UK & International Delivery

Once it has all been prepared you need it to arrive in the right place at  the right time. Using our own in house drivers across the UK, or through one of our partners, we can get your gear to anywhere in the world. Just let us know when and where and we will deliver.
